My toes were hurting so bad, so I called and got an appointment, did t have to wait for months got the appointment right away. Doctor was so nice, explained the procedure so I could understand. The procedure was quick and the doctor also told me that my pain wouldn’t return. I should have done this sooner.

The doctor at InStride was very helpful in helping me to understand why I have foot pain. I recommend this medical facility

Dr. McDonald is the best he kind patient, I went to Dr. McDonald not being able to wear my work shoes or any shoe for that matter I’m comfortablely wearing my shoes thank u Dr. Mcdonald.

Dr. Kevin McDonald is a great foot surgeon. Makes you feel at ease explaining all procedure to be done and is there for you step by step for a successful ending of the procedure you are having. And he has a pleasant personality which help too! In my case I am very pleased I found In Stride Family Foot Care. Would recommend of course.. Happy feet, happy you! 👣

I had a procedure done here and they were excellent! I have terrible anxiety and went into a panic attack! Dr. Younce and one of the nurses, Cathy, were so patient, helpful, and understanding. Dr. Younce explained all my options clearly, he weighed pros and cons of each procedure with me, and explained discharge instructions clearly. I am very happy with my decision to go here and would highly recommend them. Very friendly and personable people. We need more of that.

Went here yesterday to get an ingrown toenail taken care of. It was my first ever experience with an ingrown and I was very nervous with what the procedure would be like. Dr. McDonald was very communicative and very clear with that he was going to do. I was relieved my toe was numb enough that I could have a conversation with him without even feeling a single thing he was doing to my toe. It feels great to finally be out of pain and finally heading in right direction. It's always a plus when a doctor is friendly, professional, a good communicator and puts you at ease. I forget the nurses name who greeted me and brought me into the room before asking a few small questions. She was very bubbly and positive and helped make me feel I came to the right place before I had even met the doctor.

The office staff are vary helpful and the doctor was vary easy to talk to and very gentle.

I would recommend Dr. Burgess to anyone dealing with a stubborn ingrown toenail. She is thorough, quick, and will not push unnecessary drugs or treatments but explain the options and let you decide.

Dr. Hall in your Mint Hill location is totally wonderful. The staff is also caring and prompt. Would definitely recommend.
