Dr. McDonald, DPM
Dr. Kevin McDonald practiced in Georgia for close to twenty years before moving to North Carolina in July of 2005. He graduated from Boston College in 1982 with degrees in Mathematics and Biology. He earned his doctorate from the California College of Podiatric Medicine in San Francisco in 1986. Dr McDonald trained at the University of Southern California Medical Center in Los Angeles and completed a residency in foot and ankle surgery at Corona Regional Medical Center.
Dr. McDonald has a keen interest in professional development and ongoing educational training. A partial list of his professional qualifications include:

Dr. McDonald has been luckily married to Carol McDonald since 1993 and has three wonderful daughters.
Dr. McDonald was a Past President of the North Carolina Foot and Ankle Society, Coordinator of the NCFAS Medical Assistant Education program, and he is the current President of InStride Foot and Ankle Specialists, PLLC.
Dr. Younce, DPM
Dr. Neil Younce is a native of Hickory North Carolina. He graduated from University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 2008 with a degree in Biology. He earned his doctorate from Kent State University College of Podiatric Medicine in 2014.
Dr. Younce had three years residency in foot surgery from the Cleveland Clinic Foundation and Mercy Regional Medical Center.
Board Certification, American Board of Podiatric Medicine.
Dr. Younce married to Dr. Erin Younce and a proud father of baby daughter, Ruth Katherine.
I joined Family Foot Care in July of 2011 after interning through Rowan Cabarrus Community College. I have earned my Associates Degree in Medical Office Administration and am continuing my studies in Office Systems Technology. However, I first met Dr. McDonald when he operated on my toe several years ago and so I can relate to the patients here at FFC.
I have lived in North Carolina all my life and I have two grown sons and one growing daughter.
My family and I enjoy watching movies, shopping, church activities, and just having that quality time together. The feeling of family is very important to me so I am happy to be a part of Family Foot Care team and enjoy helping people with their feet.
I have been working at Family Foot Care since October 2014. I got my Associates Degree in Medical office Administration from Rowan Cabarrus Community College. I also have a Bachelors in Multimedia Arts and Sciences from UNC Asheville.
I was born in Queens, New York and moved to Concord, North Carolina when I was two. I have one older sister who lives New York with her husband.
I enjoy making art, reading and spending time with my three dogs. My family are avid Disney fans and we try to take a family Disney trip every year.
I enjoy working at Family Foot Care and helping patients with their feet.
I joined Family Foot Care in August 2016. I am a certified personal caregiver and I have worked as a receptionist for several years.
My family and I enjoy going to the beach and mountains. My husband and I enjoy spending quality time with our three grandchildren.
I am so happy to be a part of the Family Foot Care family.
